Taco Bake Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 Packages taco seasoning
- 1 lg. bag tortilla or possibly nacho chips
- 2 lg. tomatoes, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 1 lg. can black olives, sliced
- 3-4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lowfat sour cream (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Brown grnd beef in skillet; drain.
- Prepare meat with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Arrange layer of tortilla or possibly nacho chips in bottom of pan.
- Add in layer of grnd beef; then add in layers of tomatoes, onion, lettuce, olives and cheese.
- Start over with another layer of chips, continue layering to top of pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
- Daub with lowfat sour cream before serving if you like.
