Meat Dumplings Recipe
- 1 recipe baking pwdr biscuit dough
- 1/2 pound grnd meat, cooked
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. condensed tomato soup or possibly 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1 1/4 c. cooked green beans
- Roll biscuit dough 1/4 inch thick and cut into 6 inch squares.
- Combine remaining ingredients, divide mix into 6 portions, and place 1 portion on each square.
- Bring edges of dough together over top of meat mix, rolling back edges in center, leaving square opening.
- Bake in warm oven at 450 degrees for 10 min; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 20 min longer.
- Serves 6.
