5 minute Tuna Salad
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce leaves
- 12 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 4 small whole wheat s, split
- 4 medium oranges
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Place tomatoes, lettuce and tuna in a bowl.
- Drizzle salad with a mixture of oil and vinegar.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
- Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Neufchatel cheese on each bagel, and serve 1 bagel with each salad.
- Enjoy 1 orange per person on the side.
- Serve an 8 fl oz glass of water with each salad.
