French Vanilla Bread Pudding for 2

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place the bread cubes in two greased 6-oz.
  3. custard cups.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and creamer; pour over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle with the caramel pieces, nuts, and cinnamon and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
