With the Tips from a Famous Restaurant! Delicious Pork Cutlets at Home
- 4 slice Pork loin sliced for cutlets
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
- 1/2 tbsp per 1 slice Grainy mustard
- 100 grams Tempura flour
- 100 to 120 ml Water
- 1 White bread slice (fresh bread crumbs are the best)
- Place the pork slices and bash both sides with the back of a knife to cut the sinews like in this photo.
- Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread mustard on each slice.
- Dip in tempura flour dissolved in water and thickly coat with panko.
- If you have time, leave them to rest in the fridge at this stage.
- Deep-fry until crispy golden.
