Martin's Apple Bake Recipe
- 2 crust pie shell
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 more c. brown sugar
- 5 to 9 peeled & sliced apples
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. cool water
- Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 recipe pie crust.
- Fill with white and brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Dot whole thing with butter.
- Cover with 1/2 recipe of pie crust.
- Healthy pinch edges together.
- Dot top with butter.
- Sprinkle 1 more c. brown sugar over top crust and gently add in 1 c. cool water.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
