For Bento: Eggs Folded in Ham

  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  3. Spread evenly with a kitchen towel.
  4. Place on a damp cloth for 2 seconds and grill the ham over low to medium heat.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs on top of the ham.
  6. Gather the eggs that ran off on top of the ham (work fast here) and try to layer them over.
  7. Fold over and press lightly with a spatula.
  8. Turn over and cook some more to finish.
  9. Wait until it's slightly cooled and cut in half to get a nice cross-section.
  10. They're the perfect size for bento!
  11. Because the ham is slightly salty, I recommend you to use salt modestly.
  12. Sometimes I don't even use salt depending on the kind of ham I use.
