Smores Recipe

  1. Preheat to 400 degrees (205 degrees C) cover a cookie sheet with foil, shinny side down.
  2. Heat in a small saucepan or possibly a double boiler over low heat: 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
  3. Set out (6 long graham crackers broken in half), 6 large marshmallows, torn in half.
  4. Separate the crackers into 2 equal sticks.
  5. Spread melted chocolate on only half the crackers.
  6. Don't use other crackers yet.
  7. Place a marshmallow half on top of each chocolate cover cracker.
  8. Place these crackers on the foiled cookie sheet.
  9. You are still not ready to use the other crackers.
  10. Bake 3 min or possibly till marshmallows are puffed and browned.
  11. Remove cookie sheet from oven.
  12. Now top with remaining crackers.
  13. Bake till top crackers are hot about 1 minute more.
  14. Wash dishes.
  15. Dry dishes.
  16. Finish clean up.
