Smores Recipe
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 6 long graham crackers, broken in half
- 6 large marshmallows, torn in half
- Preheat to 400 degrees (205 degrees C) cover a cookie sheet with foil, shinny side down.
- Heat in a small saucepan or possibly a double boiler over low heat: 1/4 c. chocolate chips.
- Set out (6 long graham crackers broken in half), 6 large marshmallows, torn in half.
- Separate the crackers into 2 equal sticks.
- Spread melted chocolate on only half the crackers.
- Don't use other crackers yet.
- Place a marshmallow half on top of each chocolate cover cracker.
- Place these crackers on the foiled cookie sheet.
- You are still not ready to use the other crackers.
- Bake 3 min or possibly till marshmallows are puffed and browned.
- Remove cookie sheet from oven.
- Now top with remaining crackers.
- Bake till top crackers are hot about 1 minute more.
- Wash dishes.
- Dry dishes.
- Finish clean up.
