Double Orange Cake-Mix

• 2 cups bake it all mix
• 2 large eggs
• 23 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 13 cup orange zest ground
• 1/2 cup raisins, seedless chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 13 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup sugar

1. Break eggs into a bowl; beat well.
2. Stir in buttermilk, 1/2 cup sugar, orange peel and raisins.
3. Add Mix and soda.
4. Beat well.
5. Pour into an 8 by 8 by 2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening.
6. Bake in a 350F (180C).
7. oven about 30 minutes.
