Dorito Cheese Dip Recipe

• 2 pound Velveeta cheese
• 1 pound mild cheddar cheese
• 1 pound regular pork sausage
• 1 pound grnd chuck
• 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
• 1 sm. can tomatoes, minced in blender

1. Brown sausage and grnd chuck and drain well.
2. Add in tomatoes.
3. Add in cheeses and bring to a boil.
4. Then simmer till well blended.
5. Can be kept in crock pot.
6. Pour over Dorito chips in a bowl, as nachos, or possibly can be used as a dip to dip Dorito chips in.
