Betty's Venison Chops Recipe

  1. In a small, shallow bowl, mix together onion salt, salt, pepper and flour.
  2. Dip chops or possibly steaks in mix and coat on all sides.
  3. Fry meat in oil till brown.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Pour over browned meat and simmer till meat is tender - about 1 1/2 hrs.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  7. Description: "This is a spicy dish which will tame any wild-tasting cut of meat.
  8. It'll make you pucker."
