Creamy Coffee Panna Cotta

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small bowl; let stand 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, bring milk, half-and-half, coffee and sugar to simmer in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in gelatine mixture and vanilla.
  5. Pour into 10 dessert dishes.
  6. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
