Creamy Coffee Panna Cotta
- 2 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3 Tbsp. strongly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small bowl; let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, bring milk, half-and-half, coffee and sugar to simmer in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in gelatine mixture and vanilla.
- Pour into 10 dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
