Cat treats from Chuck - Sole Food for Felines

  1. Place sole in a greased baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley, onion and a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Add water to just cover bottom of pan.
  4. Cook at 450 degrees (225 C.) for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool and cut into kitten bite-size pieces.
  6. Melt butter, stir in flour cooking to make a roue.
  7. Gradually add milk and cook until it thickens.
  8. Add liver, cheese and the 1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt.
  9. Stir until cheese is melted.
  10. Do not allow to boil.
  11. Add rice and sole, stir well and allow to cool before serving.
  12. Store in an air-tight container,in the refrigerator.
