Belfast Broccoli Dip

  1. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter in a saucepan.
  2. In a double boiler, melt cheese.
  3. To cheese, add mushroom soup and all remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve warm in a chafing dish with crackers.
