Apple BBQ Sauce

• 3 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
• 1 cup apple butter
• 2 tablespoons ginger, spread (from trader joes)
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1. Cook the pork ribs until done, then slice thinly.
2. Mix all BBQ sauce ingredients and smother pork with sauce.
3. Cook on BBQ or under broiler until crispy.
