Perfect Everytime Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in chicken stock until fork tender about 30 minutes.
  2. drain.
  3. Mix in all other ingriedients.
  4. mash with potato masher until desired consistency.
  5. (i like mine with lumps).
