Raw Lemon Miso Salad
- 4 -5 cups mixed greens (I like spinach)
- 2 -3 summer squash, chopped into thin strips
- 12 avocado
- 1 tablespoon unpasteurized miso
- 1 -2 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- 12 lemon, juice of
- 12 stevia, packet
- salt & pepper
- Place everthing in a large bowl and massage with hands until creamy.
- Stir in favorite raw veggies (chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, jicama, etc.
- ).
- Enjoy!
