Pad Ga-prao (Spicy Minced Chicken on Rice with Fried Egg)

  1. Mince the chicken breast, bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  2. Shred the basil leaves.
  3. Heat the sesame oil, saute the garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken and when well browned, add the bell peppers.
  5. Add all of the seasonings, then sprinkle on the basil.
  6. Don't saute for too much longer to maintain optimal fragrance.
  7. Top the rice with a sunny-side-up egg, garnish with basil, then serve!
