Pad Ga-prao (Spicy Minced Chicken on Rice with Fried Egg)
- 200 grams Chicken breast
- 1 Red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 pack Basil leaves
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 pinch Red chili peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Eggs
- Mince the chicken breast, bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
- Shred the basil leaves.
- Heat the sesame oil, saute the garlic and red chili peppers until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and when well browned, add the bell peppers.
- Add all of the seasonings, then sprinkle on the basil.
- Don't saute for too much longer to maintain optimal fragrance.
- Top the rice with a sunny-side-up egg, garnish with basil, then serve!
