Blue Apple Salad
- 3 granny smith apples (julienned)
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbles
- 1 lb cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cucumber (peeled and diced small or julienned)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 12 cup chopped red onion
- 12 cup craisins or 12 cup white raisins
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 23 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
- Cook the bacon and crumble and set aside.
- Julienne apples and toss with your lemon juice to prevent fruit from turning brown.
- Toss in the remaining ingredients including bacon and top with dressing.
- Chill and Eat.
