Delicious Bamboo Shoots in Just 10 Minutes

  1. Rinse the bamboo shoots.
  2. Mince the ginger.
  3. Finely chop the Japanese leek.
  4. Combine the * seasoning ingredients.
  5. Heat the frying pan over high heat.
  6. Add the sesame oil and stir-fry the Japanese leek and ginger until fragrant.
  7. Then add the bamboo shoots and continue cooking.
  8. After 2 minutes, add the flavoring ingredients from Step 3.
  9. Lower the heat to medium and simmer to blend the flavors and evaporate the moisture.
  10. Once it looks like this, add the ra-yu to finish.
  11. Arrange on a dish and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds to taste.
  12. Enjoy!
