Garlic Chips
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 10 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 13 cups Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 8 ounces, weight Thick Cut Potato Chips

- Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and parsley, cook 30 seconds or just until garlic is fragrant.
- Remove from heat.

- Place chips in a bowl.
- Pour garlic and parsley over the top, toss to coat.

- Serve.
