sunshine 's turkey hot bown

• 6 slice texas toast , lightly toasted
• 6 thick slices deli turkey breast
• 12 slice tomato thick
• 3 slice bacon cooked crumbled
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 cheddar cheese sauce
• 1 tsp butter
• 3 tbsp ap flour
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
• 1/8 tsp onion powder
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 oz jar diced pimiento (drained)
• 1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese

1. starting with the cheese sauce, -melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat: stir in flour.
2. gradually add milk stirring with a whisk until blended,cook10 minutes or until thick,stirring constantly.
3. remove from heat .add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted add remaining ingredients, stir in well ......done
4. arrange toast in a 9x13 baking pan,top with the turkey and 2 tomato slices,sprinkle ground pepper, spoon1/3 cup over each sandwich and sprinkle evenly with bacon and paprika
5. place in oven with broil on until lightly browned .....take out of oven and serve.....
