Pork Medallions Alfredo

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook 2 min.
  3. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Add cream cheese, broth, dressing, Parmesan and lemon juice; cook 5 to 7 min.
  5. or until cream cheese is melted, sauce is thickened and meat is done, stirring constantly.
  6. Spoon over noodles; top with basil.
  7. Serve with peas.
