Hot and Spicy Chilled Tofu with Tuna and Cucumber

  1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice about 2 mm thick.
  2. Drain the oil from the tuna.
  3. Put the cucumber, tuna, sesame seeds, miso and doubanjiang in a bowl and mix together.
  4. Put the mixture from Step 2 on top of the tofu.
