Omelet with a Hint of Poupon

  1. Beat eggs and mustard in small bowl with whisk until blended.
  2. Melt margarine in small nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add egg mixture; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
  5. When set, fold omelet in half.
