Omelet with a Hint of Poupon
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. margarine
- Beat eggs and mustard in small bowl with whisk until blended.
- Melt margarine in small nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add egg mixture; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until set, lifting edge with spatula and tilting skillet to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
- When set, fold omelet in half.
