Pomme Pomme Baked Pudding With 'Kuromitsu' Brown Sugar Syrup and Kinako Yogurt
- 80 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Kinako
- 70 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Baking powder
- 150 grams Plain yogurt
- 30 grams Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Apple
- 30 grams Kuromitsu
- Grease the cake pan with margarine.
- Dice the apple a little smaller than 1 cm, then toss them in the brown sugar syrup.
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Put a bowl on the kitchen scale, weigh the ingredients into the bowl, then thoroughly stir with a whisk.
- Add the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into the pie pan.
- Do not use a rubber spatula to evenly pour the batter in; stir in the remaining ingredients from the bowl.
- Some water content may have been drawn out, but empty the entire bowl.
- Top with the diced apple and lightly tap the base of the pie pan on a table.
- Bake for about 35 minutes once the oven is ready.
