Irish Vegetables
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup pimentos
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper ground
- Combine bay leaf, water, wine vinegar in medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; add vegetables.
- Simmer(steam for me) until vegetables are tender.
- If you MUST simmer, drain, remove bay leaf.
- Add salt and pepper
