Irish Vegetables

  1. Combine bay leaf, water, wine vinegar in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil; add vegetables.
  3. Simmer(steam for me) until vegetables are tender.
  4. If you MUST simmer, drain, remove bay leaf.
  5. Add salt and pepper

bay leaves, water, white wine vinegar, corn, broccoli florets, carrots, cauliflower florets, pimentos, salt, black pepper
