Smoky Po Recipe

  1. In 10 inch nonstick skillet combine bell pepper, onions and water; cover and cook over medium heat till vegetables are tender-crisp, 3-4 min.
  2. Add in potatoes and sausage to vegetables and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, till mix is heated through, 2-3 min.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
