Smoky Po Recipe
- 1 med. green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1" pcs
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. water
- 12 ounce. peeled, cooked potatoes, diced
- 12 ounce. precooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced
- In 10 inch nonstick skillet combine bell pepper, onions and water; cover and cook over medium heat till vegetables are tender-crisp, 3-4 min.
- Add in potatoes and sausage to vegetables and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, till mix is heated through, 2-3 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
