Blueberry Salad
- 2 cup boiling water
- 1 lb can of blueberry pie filling
- 2 packages grape jello
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packages softened cream cheese
- Mix all of the ingredients for the bottom together.
- Place in refrigerator until it sets.
- For the topping, mix all the ingredients together.
- I use an electric hand mixer because it blends the cream cheese easier.
- When the bottom layer is set, spread the topping over it evenly.
- Enjoy!
