Herb Corn Bread Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon each: sage, thyme and marjoram
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- Combine dry ingredients and celery.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil and stir into dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Cut into squares.
