Quick Veggie Medley 2

  1. Heat oil in large saute pan.
  2. Add Veggies.Toss.
  3. Season.
  4. Toss
  5. When veggies are nearly tender, add wine.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook until wine is evaporated.
  8. Approximately 5 minutes
  9. Variations; Lemon, fresh herbs, mustard

moons, zucchini, red onion, white wine, olive oil, salt
