Blue Cheese Dressing

  1. Mash 1/4 cup blue cheese and buttermilk in small bowl with fork until mixture resembles small curds.
  2. Stir in rest of ingredients and remaining blue cheese.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
