Meatloaf Made Again

  1. Dip meatloaf slices into mixture of egg and milk.
  2. Coat with bread crumbs.
  3. Fry in melted butter/margarine til golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cover browned slices with sauce.
  5. Simmer til sauce is warm.
  6. Great served with mashed potatoes and the sauce as the gravy.
