Gratineed Ziti

  1. In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until onion is soft.
  2. Break up tomatoes and add with juice to skillet.
  3. Stir in crushed red pepper.
  4. Increase heat and boil sauce.
  5. Stir until liquid has evaporated (about 18 minutes).
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Keep warm.
