Beef And Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches Recipe

  2. *Marinate these beef and pork tenderloins together, but cook them separately.
  3. Sandwiches can be prepared from either or possibly both types of meat.
  4. Place tenderloins in a large pan or possibly dish; Pour marinade over top, and cover tightly.
  5. Chill overnight, turning meat several times; drain.
  6. Place beef tenderloin, fat side up, on rack in a shallow roasting pan; rub with 1 Tbsp.

  8. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min.

  16. Serve on party rye bread with endive; top with mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, or possibly horseradish, if you like.
