Avocado and Pork Sandwich
- 2 slice White sandwich bread (one loaf sliced into 6 slices)
- 50 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Olive oil
- Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
- Slice.
- Remove the stem end and seeds from the tomato and slice.
- Toast the bread.
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the pork.
- When the color of the meat changes add the ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan.
- Spread one side of the toasted bread with mayonnaise.
- Layer on the tomato, pork and avocado.
- Top with the other slice of read and press down from the top.
- Cut in half with a bread knife, and it's done!
- This one uses wiener sausages instead of pork.
- You don't have to flavor it as you do pork, so it's really easy.
- Spread with mustard for adults -- Roast Pork Sandwich.
