Avocado and Pork Sandwich

  1. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
  2. Slice.
  3. Remove the stem end and seeds from the tomato and slice.
  4. Toast the bread.
  5. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the pork.
  6. When the color of the meat changes add the ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  7. Spread one side of the toasted bread with mayonnaise.
  8. Layer on the tomato, pork and avocado.
  9. Top with the other slice of read and press down from the top.
  10. Cut in half with a bread knife, and it's done!
  11. This one uses wiener sausages instead of pork.
  12. You don't have to flavor it as you do pork, so it's really easy.
  13. Spread with mustard for adults -- Roast Pork Sandwich.
