Creole Beef Tips

  1. Marinate beef in soy & seasonings overnight before cooking.
  2. Saute beef in oil until browned.
  3. Add chopped onions & sliced mushrooms.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 20 mins; stir.
  5. Cook 15 mins more over low heat.
  6. Add tomatoes and water and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender over low heat.
