Cheesy Enchiladas

  1. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of the cheddar cheese and onions, mixing until blended.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup cheese mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  4. Place, seam-side down, in 11x7-inch baking dish.
  5. Pour salsa over tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese; cover.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  8. Microwave: PREPARE cheese mixture and fill tortillas as directed.
  9. Place, seam-side down, in 11x7-inch microwavable baking dish.
  10. Pour salsa over tortillas; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese.
  11. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning dish after 6 minutes.
