Easy and Delicious Teriyaki Chicken
- 1 large piece Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Honey
- Using a fork, make holes into the skin of the chicken, and soak it in the seasoning sauce for about 1 hour.
- Use a plastic bag so that the seasoning sauce coats evenly.
- Put about 4 disposable chop sticks on a plate, and put the chicken on top.
- Place the skin side down.
- Microwave it for about 10 minutes.
- In the picture, I microwaved at 500 W for 6 minutes.
- You can tell that the chicken is cooked trough when the juices run clear.
- The skin is browned and shiny and the excess oil should render out.
- You can also sandwich the chicken between bread for a teriyaki burger.
