Easy and Delicious Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Using a fork, make holes into the skin of the chicken, and soak it in the seasoning sauce for about 1 hour.
  2. Use a plastic bag so that the seasoning sauce coats evenly.
  3. Put about 4 disposable chop sticks on a plate, and put the chicken on top.
  4. Place the skin side down.
  5. Microwave it for about 10 minutes.
  6. In the picture, I microwaved at 500 W for 6 minutes.
  7. You can tell that the chicken is cooked trough when the juices run clear.
  8. The skin is browned and shiny and the excess oil should render out.
  9. You can also sandwich the chicken between bread for a teriyaki burger.
