Chicken Karaage for Bento
- 280 grams Chicken breast or thigh
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp or more Cake flour
- 2 tbsp or more Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Marinade the chicken in the ingredients for 20-30 minutes.
- Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, and add the chicken.
- Shake the bag to coat the chicken, then remove the excess flour.
- Deep fry in oil at 170C.
