Chicken Karaage for Bento

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Marinade the chicken in the ingredients for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Put the ingredients in a plastic bag, and add the chicken.
  5. Shake the bag to coat the chicken, then remove the excess flour.
  6. Deep fry in oil at 170C.
