Chocolate De-Light

  1. Mix flour, 1 stick margarine 1/2 cup to 1 cup chopped pecans and pat into bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and carton Cool Whip(save some for topping).
  5. Spread evenly over crust.
  6. Mix 1 large box instant chocolate pudding (or two small) with 3 cups milk on low speed for a few minutes and then let it sit for about 5 minutes until thick.
  7. Spread over cream cheese.
  8. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with more pecans if desired.
