Buffalo Chicken Nachos

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper and fill with tortilla chips.
  2. In a microwave-safe medium sized bowl, combine cream cheese, wing sauce and bacon pieces.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, stir and then return to microwave and cook for 2 additional minutes.
  4. Toss with chicken.
  5. Spread chicken mixture, shredded cheese and blue cheese over chips.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked.
  7. Drizzle crema Mexicana over nachos before serving.
