Milky Potato Cream
- 200 grams Potatoes
- 50 grams White chocolate
- 50 grams Condensed milk
- 20 grams Unsalted butter
- 20 grams Sugar
- Finely chop the chocolate.
- Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and leave at room temperature.
- Cut the potato and boil until soft.
- Drain the potatoes and press through a sieve while still warm.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix in residual heat.
- Mix until smooth and it's complete.
