Milky Potato Cream

  1. Finely chop the chocolate.
  2. Cut the butter into 1 cm cubes and leave at room temperature.
  3. Cut the potato and boil until soft.
  4. Drain the potatoes and press through a sieve while still warm.
  5. Add all the other ingredients and mix in residual heat.
  6. Mix until smooth and it's complete.
