Creamy Bacon Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken Tenderloins
- 5 strips Bacon
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 jar (15-16 Oz. Jar) Alfredo Sauce, Or More, To Taste
- 1 cup Shredded Havarti Cheese
- Noodles, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Fry the bacon until crispy.
- While that is cooking, cut the raw chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a medium baking dish.
- Once the bacon is done, chop it up and put it on top of the chicken.
- Drain the mushrooms, fry in the bacon grease and then put in the baking dish.
- Pour Alfredo Sauce over all (I use 1 1/2 jars of sauce because we prefer more with the meal, but 1 jar is fine).
- Place in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir and then place cheese on top.
- Start water boiling for your noodles.
- Cook another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is brown.
- Serve on top of noodles.
- Wheat noodles go really well with this dish.
- The roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce also puts a nice spin on this meal.
