Creamy Bacon Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  3. While that is cooking, cut the raw chicken into bite-size pieces and place in a medium baking dish.
  4. Once the bacon is done, chop it up and put it on top of the chicken.
  5. Drain the mushrooms, fry in the bacon grease and then put in the baking dish.
  6. Pour Alfredo Sauce over all (I use 1 1/2 jars of sauce because we prefer more with the meal, but 1 jar is fine).
  7. Place in the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Stir and then place cheese on top.
  9. Start water boiling for your noodles.
  10. Cook another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked and cheese is brown.
  11. Serve on top of noodles.
  12. Wheat noodles go really well with this dish.
  13. The roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce also puts a nice spin on this meal.

chicken, bacon, mushrooms, alfredo sauce, havarti cheese, noodles
