Bacon and Cheese stuffed Meatloaf
- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp dry chives
- 1 ground black pepper
- 1 onion powder
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 salt
- 1 garlic powder
- 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 stick cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp chive
- 5 piece chopped bacon cooked
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Mix 2 eggs, lipton onion soup mix, worcestershire sauce,water, ketchup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chives.
- Add ground beef, Italian bread crumbs
- Mix ingredients and separate in half
- Mix cream cheese, mozzarella and tablespoon of chives
- Chop and add bacon
- Form one half of meatloaf mix and add cheese mixture
- Add second half of meatloaf mixture and form.
- Then add emerils essence to top.
- Bake at 350 for one hour
- Eat and enjoy
