Hominy Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 lg. Cheese Whiz
- 1 bunch green onions, minced fine
- 1/2 sm. onion, minced fine
- 4 cans hominy, liquid removed and washed
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, liquid removed
- Hot soups, lowfat sour cream, Rotel in saucepan.
- Heat butter in baking dish.
- Add in washed and liquid removed hominy to baking dish and mix in soups and etc.
- from saucepan.
- Add in all above remaining ingredients except grated cheese and fold together in baking dish.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 min till bubbling.
- Add in grated cheese to top of casserole.
- Bake in oven till melted but not browned.
- It's ready to eat!
