Sardine and Salsa Toastie
- 120 g sardines
- 12 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil, wiping off the excess with kitchen paper.
- Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
- Mash the sardines with the balsamic vinegar and spread this mixture over one slice of bread.
- Spread the tomato salsa over and cover with the second slice of bread.
- Place the sandwich in the toaster, carefully close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes until browned.
