Chocolate Snow Balls
- 1 14 cups butter
- 23 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 cup cocoa
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
- powdered sugar, sifted, to garnish
- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, salt, and peanuts; gradually add to butter mixture until blended.
- Portion dough by teaspoonfuls; roll into balls.
- Place balls on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes.
- Roll warm cookies in sifted powered sugar.
