Donut Seeds Recipe

• 12 c. Cheerios
• 4 c. dry roasted peanuts
• 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. honey
• 1/2 c. butter

1. Combine sugar, honey and butter.
2. Stir over low heat till smooth and clear (near boiling).
3. Pour over cereal and nuts which are put in jelly roll pan.
4. Mix so all is coated.
5. Bake 45 min at 275 degrees, stirring every 15 min.
