Slow Cook Steak And Gravy Recipe

• Round steak or possibly sirloin steak
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk

1. This can be made in crock pot or possibly slow oven.
2. If in crock pot, cut meat up, mix soups and lowfat milk together.
3. Put in crock pot, cook on low heat all night for noon meal or possibly cook all day for evening meal.
4. If in oven, put meat and soup mix wrapped tightly in aluminum foil.
5. Bake 3 to 4 hrs at 300 degrees.
6. Makes a very tender meat and delicious gravy.
